“I believe that art is life force and healing tool. Making art helps bring one’s life into focus, improve self-awareness and self-approval, and solve problems. Artb4words supports the achievement of emotional balance and overall wellbeing.” Inside Magazine (Fall Issue, 2008) contained an article on art psychotherapy, where you may learn more about Mindy’s philosophy and her therapy dog Colin.
